Endress+Hauser Gruppe in Basel-Landschaft, Reinach, seeks a Consultant Learning & Development to shape global programs, develop leadership capability, and align talent growth with our corporate culture.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage programs end-to-end, and drive ROI through data-driven insights while supporting the competency model rollout across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in HR, Adult Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and/or Talent Management.
• Experience designing development programs for a range of hierarchical levels, including senior levels.
• Subject matter expertise in adult development and adult learning principles.
• Excel at building relationships, stakeholder management, and collaboration across networks.
• A supportive team player who works well with other L&D colleagues.
• Program, project and portfolio management experience with prioritization.
• English proficient; German or other languages helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to design and develop global learning & development programs, focusing on management & leadership capability development.
• Lead design, development, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of key L&D programs and solutions, including Vendor management and budgeting.
• Support and/or drive the global competency model implementation.
• Streamline integration of development offerings into the broader L&D portfolio and direction.
• Identify gaps and expand the portfolio with scalable offerings as needed.
• Apply assessment approaches and use data/insights to measure success and ROI.
• Identify external partners and manage vendor relationships.
• Balance corporate/global and local/regional needs and competing priorities.

As part of the Global Learning & Development team, you serve as the L&D Specialist for our Performance and Succession Management modules. In this capacity, your primary focus is to ensure these modules empower HR teams and business partners to drive organizational effectiveness and talent growth. The partial rollout across the globe reflects our commitment to a unified approach to performance and succession, with the remaining entities and countries scheduled for gradual integration in the coming years.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop global learning & development programs, with a focus on management & leadership capability development.
• Lead and manage the design, development, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of key L&D programs and solutions. Includes working with third-party vendors/partners, managing resources and handling budgets.
• Support and/or drive the implementation of the competency model globally.
• Streamline and ensure integration of suite of development offerings into overall portfolio and broader L&D direction.
• Continuously identify gaps and proactively complement portfolio with additional (and often scalable) offerings where useful and needed.
• Incorporate an appropriate assessment approach and regularly leverage data & insights to understand success and ROI.
• Identify suitable support from external partners and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Balance and navigate well between Corporate/Global and local/regional needs and often competing priorities.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Have a degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology or similar.
• Have 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and/or Talent Management.
• Are experienced in designing and developing development programs and solutions for a range of hierarchical levels, including at senior levels
• Have subject matter expertise in adult development and adult learning principles.
• Excel at building relationships, stakeholder management, and collaboration across networks.
• Are a supportive team player who enjoys working alongside other L&D colleagues.
• Have program, project and portfolio management experience, including organizational and prioritization skills.
• Are proficient in English (primary). German and other languages are helpful but not a firm requirement.
• Some occasional travel may be required.
