Lonza is seeking a laboratory professional for a fully site-based role in Switzerland. You will perform routine bioanalytical work supporting mammalian bioprocess development using ELISA, Gyrolab and qPCR, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

You have vocational training as a Laboratory Technician or a BSc/MSc in Biology or related Life Sciences, with hands-on experience in bioanalytical assays and strong attention to detail. English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on bioanalytical experience with ELISA and qPCR.
• Experience with Gyrolab, Spectramax, SoftMax Pro or HPLC/Empower.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, close-knit team.
• English proficiency; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute routine experimental lab work using ELISA, Gyrolab, and qPCR to support mammalian bioprocess development.
• Analyze process impurities and product samples to ensure adherence to quality and analytical standards.
• Maintain, evaluate, and qualify complex analytical laboratory instruments.
• Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs for laboratory equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with scientists and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support continuous process improvements within the Analytical Development Mammalian group.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, clean, and organized laboratory workspace.
