Qualifikationen

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or advanced stage of Master’s degree in business, finance or economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in M&A, private equity or transaction diligence is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare transaction documents such as information memoranda, teasers, and management presentations.
• Valuate companies using market multiples, comparables and DCF methods.
• Assist in executing M&A transactions from pitch to close.
• Conduct in-depth industry and company analyses.
• Prepare target and buyer lists and support due diligence.
• Develop financial models and sharpen accounting skills.
• Support multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
