Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Zürich offers an internship in Training & Education, 100% (M/W/D), starting September/October 2026 for 6 to 12 months, to gain hands-on experience in training coordination, event management and data maintenance in a luxury brand environment.

You will support the back office with Learning App, analyze Learning App data using Power BI, and coordinate logistics for major training events, while developing materials and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and German with a good level in English.
• Hands-on mindset with strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent computer skills in Office 365 (Excel, PPT, SharePoint and Power BI).
• High interest in digital tools and social networks.

Responsibilities

• Support the back office with Learning App.
• Analyze Learning App data using Power BI to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate creation, implementation and follow-up of logistics for major training events.
• Develop and manage an online tool for participant registration and follow-up for all training sessions.
• Coordinate training material needs (planning, orders, delivery follow-up).
• Prepare and distribute training support materials to trainers and POS as needed.
• Ensure local printing for training tools and manage equipment for training sessions.
• Coordinate and update the Dior Beauty Advisor Database.
• Support trainers with translation tasks.
