CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Learning & Style Expertise Intern to support learning and styling activities across Swiss markets. You will help coordinate trainings in Geneva and Zurich, adapt materials for local markets in French and English, and contribute to KPI reporting with cross‑functional teams across Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

• Internship must be part of academic program and qualify for credits.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Aufgaben

• Support end‑to‑end planning and delivery of learning and styling activities in Geneva and Zurich.
• Coordinate training logistics, agendas, materials and on‑site support.
• Consolidate feedback and monitor learner content retention.
• Create engaging presentations and training tools and internal communications.
• Translate/adapt materials to French and English for local markets.
• Publish learning content on the e‑learning app and support digital tools.
• Track KPIs and produce qualitative/quantitative activity reports.
• Coordinate meetings with Learning, Style Expertise, Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams.
