Zusammenfassung

Parfums Christian Dior in Switzerland seeks a full-time INTERN TRAINING & EDUCATION for 6 to 12 months, starting Sep/Oct 2026. You will support training coordination, event management and data maintenance within a luxury brand environment.

You will collaborate with marketing, retail and digital teams to enhance training processes and customer experiences, while developing hands-on skills in Learning App management, data analysis and translation support.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French and German; good command of English.
• Hands-on mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution oriented and independent worker.
• Team player with ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, PPT, SharePoint, Power BI).

Aufgaben

• Support learning app back office.
• Analyze Learning App data with Power BI to identify improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for training events.
• Develop and manage an online registration tool for training sessions.
• Prepare training materials and distribute them to trainers and sales points.
• Coordinate training equipment and printing, and ensure delivery.
• Maintain and update the Dior Beauty Advisor Database.
• Assist trainers with translation tasks.
