Job summary

Universal Genève invites a Trade Marketing Coordinator to energize the Maison across markets and retail environments, coordinating trade marketing activities, materials, and activations with care and delivering them to the highest standards.

You will drive administrative and logistical support, inventory management, SAP order processing, supplier accounts, and data-driven reporting. Fluent English and French are essential, with Italian or German a plus, and a keen eye for aesthetics and fashion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Bachelor’s degree or other higher education diploma.
• Proficient in SAP and strategic methodologies.
• Strong organizational acumen with an interest in aesthetics, design, and fashion.
• Robust analytical and effective communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and logistic support: create, stock, and distribute marketing materials.
• Oversee inventory management with accurate records for timely distribution.
• Process SAP orders and export documentation for global markets and internal departments.
• Ensure all orders are accurate, delivered on time, and manage intercompany orders and re-invoicing.
• Manage supplier accounts and monitor purchase orders and invoices.
• Create new article numbers and maintain the item database.
• Handle market requests and provide customer service regarding orders and shipments to global markets.
• Prepare weekly backorder reports and coordinate supplier documents.
