Piaget is seeking a Store Planning and Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of retail development across Europe, from design to post-opening. The role balances HQ and regional duties, driving design excellence, cost control, and sustainability while coordinating with HQ Retail, VM, and Commercial teams.

Expect regular travel across Europe for site assessments, with a track record of delivering luxury retail projects and strong procurement, negotiation, and leadership

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Construction Project Management.
• At least 7 years in luxury Store Planning and Construction.
• Proven track record delivering international luxury retail projects.
• Strong understanding of luxury design, construction processes and operational excellence.
• Experience managing Executive Architects, Quantity Surveyors, General Contractors, and specialist consultants.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate design development from concept to construction documentation, ensuring consistency with Piaget's standards.
• Lead budgets, CAPEX, and planning; drive tendering and negotiations.
• Manage procurement, POs, Change Orders and financial reporting.
• Coordinate permitting, landlord approvals, and local authorities.
• Act as HQ interface for Europe Region and coordinate with Regional Markets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Piaget's quality and sustainability standards.
