• High flexibility, people management skills and the ability to lead the team in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the team by example and manage store operations on a daily basis.
• Cultivate relationships with customers through active presence on the shop floor and provide a premium service.
• Guide sales operations and ensure customer service and selling ceremony adhere to guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set actionable goals based on KPI targets.
• Support events and trunk shows to attract new customers and boost loyalty.
• Maintain Visual Guidelines and coordinate displays and merchandising.
• Update the team on product knowledge and new collections.
• Provide feedback via reports on sales trends and CRM actions.
• Coordinate with stock during inventories and support HQ procedures.
• Utilize Xstore and Salesforce CRM systems for daily operations.
