Zoé Drocourt GmbH in Gstaad is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for its luxury boutique. You will welcome and advise local and international clients, deliver an exceptional experience, and build a prestigious client portfolio.

The role requires significant luxury sales experience, fluency in English and French, and a strong client-oriented mindset along with excellent presentation and communication skills. Permanent, full-time (40h/week) position in a premium location.

• Significant sales experience in the luxury industry.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming and advising local and international clients, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Identifying sales opportunities both within and outside the boutique.
• Building and developing a client portfolio.
• Acting as a local brand ambassador.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the store's performance.
• Organizing and participating in client events.
• Overseeing Visual Merchandising, administrative and back-office activities.
• Occasionally deputizing for the Store Director in his/her absence.
