Fusalp in Zürich is seeking a Sales Associate to create exceptional client experiences and contribute to the boutique’s commercial success. You will welcome local and international clients, deliver a luxury experience, and recommend products that fit client lifestyles while helping achieve sales targets.

The role requires fluent German and English at C1 level, with French or Spanish as a strong asset. A permanent part-time contract (80%) and CHF 4,500 monthly are offered, with a development path

Formación

• Fluent German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1) required.
• French or Spanish an asset.
• At least 5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, clienteling and retail KPIs.
• Comfortable with retail systems and administrative tasks.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and advise local and international clients with professionalism and authenticity.
• Deliver a memorable luxury experience aligned with Fusalp’s standards.
• Understand client needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and boutique KPIs.
• Build long-term client relationships through exemplary service.
• Develop the client database and clienteling efforts.
• Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries and inventories.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
