We are looking for a Luxury Sales Advisor to join our team at Shirò Pagani Boutique in Geneva.

Located in the heart of Geneva, Shirò Pagani Boutique is a unique luxury destination bringing together two expressions of Italian excellence: the world of Pagani Automobili, internationally renowned for its exclusive hypercars, and Shirò, an Italian luxury brand rooted in craftsmanship, leatherwork and bespoke creations.

More than a traditional retail space, our boutique is built around craftsmanship, design, exclusivity and exceptional attention to detail - values that we aim to reflect in every interaction with our clients.

We are looking for someone who shares this approach and can provide an outstanding experience to our international clientele.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury fashion or ready-to-wear retail, a genuine passion for sales and clienteling, and the ability to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury fashion or luxury ready-to-wear retail


• C1 level in both French and English; an additional language is a plus


• Strong sales and clienteling mindset


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while being part of a small, dynamic team


• Valid Swiss work permit
