Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a keen eye for fashion trends. Flexible scheduling and participation in brand initiatives are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized styling.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain store operations, stockroom organization, and POS processing.
• Foster team collaboration and participate in training programs.
