• Provide outstanding service to boutique visitors with personalised styling advice and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS and handle cash and card payments with precision.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate key features to customers.
• Assist with visual merchandising and window displays following brand guidelines.
• Support the boutique team in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming shopping environment.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and resolve concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling opportunities.
• Perform stock management duties including receiving, checking, and organising merchandise.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to policies and health & safety regulations.
