Zusammenfassung

Fusalp in Bern is seeking a hands-on Store Leader to drive premium retail performance. You will lead from the sales floor, coach teams, and uphold high operational standards while remaining close to clients.

The role requires managing stock, merchandising and daily shop operations with calm, decisive leadership during peak periods. The successful candidate will bring luxury retail experience, a proven ability to coach others and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Experience leading a team, sales floor or boutique operations.
• Strong clienteling, sales targets and retail KPI knowledge.
• Ability to coach others and raise team performance.
• Confident in taking ownership when Store Manager is absent.
• English language required.
• Willingness to work a flexible rota including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning indicators into actions.
• Coach and support Sales Associates through daily feedback and hands-on guidance.
• Support the Store Manager in organising daily activity and maintaining operational standards.
• Take ownership of the boutique when required, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure Fusalp’s visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained.
• Work with the team on stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and daily operations.
