Tiffany & Co. Zurich Bahnhofstrasse is seeking an outgoing and motivated Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) for a one-year fixed-term contract.

You will lead store operations, including administration, inventory control, customer service, and shipping/receiving, to elevate the client experience and support sales professionals. Key duties include inventory accuracy, physical counts, pricing changes, merchandise requests, and post-sales service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail operations experience including merchandising, client service, admin and shipping.
• Strong IT knowledge and proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and prepare transfers to other locations.
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and availability to optimize client service.
• Monitor daily high value count and maintain returns report.
• Lead cycle count and physical inventory prep; oversee yearly inventory.
• Lead price changes, merges, re-classes and ticket changes.
• Process merchandise requests and follow-up on back orders.
• Provide post-sales client service and communication.
• Ensure repair/engraving orders are entered, monitored and completed.
• Perform minor on-site repairs, cleaning, and other services.
• Assist in visual presentation and maintain inventory cleanliness.
• Manage store supplies and daily invoice approvals.
• Liaise with facilities and IT on audit issues and record retention.
• Answer calls with superior service; perform daily cashier functions.
