Zusammenfassung

Fusalp's Verbier boutique is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the floor with a premium client experience and drive sales across our Swiss boutiques.

You will support the Store Manager in daily leadership, coach the team, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure operational standards while remaining close to clients on the shop floor. Regular mobility across Switzerland is required.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in premium or luxury retail with client-facing and commercial responsibilities.
• Previous experience supervising, coaching or supporting a retail team.
• Strong understanding of clienteling, sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Confidence to take ownership, make decisions and support the Store Manager in daily leadership.
• Hands-on mindset; comfortable selling and supporting operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example on the sales floor delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning metrics into actions.
• Support the Store Manager with daily activity, priorities and operations.
• Coach and develop the boutique team through feedback and product knowledge.
• Oversee stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and merchandising.
• Provide operational support across other Swiss Fusalp boutiques when needed.
