Fusalp is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for its Verbier boutique on a permanent basis. You will lead by example on the sales floor, deliver a premium client experience and support daily operations and staff development.

The role includes regular mobility across Swiss boutiques to support replacements and business continuity, with a 42-hour week and CHF 5,500 gross per month, plus ASM bonus. This home boutique in Verbier sits within a growing Swiss retail network.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in premium or luxury retail with client-facing and commercial responsibilities.
• Previous experience supervising or supporting a retail team.
• Strong understanding of clienteling, sales targets and retail KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Lead on the sales floor and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning data into actions.
• Support the Store Manager with daily activity, priorities and operations.
• Coach and guide the team through regular feedback and product knowledge.
• Take ownership of the boutique when needed, including opening/closing and decisions.
• Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained.
• Work with stock, deliveries, replenishment and inventories while on duty.
• Provide operational support across other Fusalp boutiques in Switzerland as required.
