Zusammenfassung

Fusalp in St. Moritz is seeking a sales professional to welcome and advise a highly international clientele in a premium retail environment. You will focus on selling, clienteling and maintaining boutique standards.

The role runs from 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027, including weekends and peak trading periods, offering product and client-experience training and a monthly CHF 4,400 base plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where service and sales are central.
• A genuine interest in selling, you enjoy approaching clients, understanding their needs and working towards commercial targets.
• Professionalism, reliability and a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to commit from 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and advise local and international clients with warmth, confidence and authenticity.
• Contribute to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling and repeat business.
• Develop strong product knowledge and share Fusalp’s heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards.
