Job summary

Le Collectionist is seeking a Collection Manager for Switzerland & Austria (M/W/X) on a temporary contract, based in Le Châble. You will lead market analysis, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization while supporting Sales, Operations, Stay and Marketing with expert property knowledge.

The role requires a business/management degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and pricing strategy to maximize revenue.
• Manage owner relationships and negotiate terms with property owners.
• Sourcing and onboarding high-end properties; ensure catalog alignment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Stay and Marketing for portfolio promotion.
• Train Stay and Sales teams on properties in the portfolio.
