Zusammenfassung

MONCLER in Zermatt is seeking a full-time Client Advisor on a fixed-term basis with the possibility of a permanent position. The role focuses on delivering impeccable presentation and guiding customers through our values and heritage, building long-term relationships.

You will work with the team to achieve sales milestones, maintain luxury standards, support stock and inventories, and contribute to a welcoming in-store atmosphere; fluent English and/or German are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales activities; fashion/luxury/retail is an advantage.
• Passion for retail and customer service; excellent customer and service orientation.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury segment itself and the associated products.
• Fluent English and/or German skills, and other languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to develop within the company.
• Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring a unique customer experience; setting the course for a long-term relationship; taking responsibility for all phases of the sale; being familiar with after-sales and clienteling and creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere
• Achieving excellent sales performance and results
• Implementing and supporting visual standards in the store in cooperation with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team; responsible for replenishment and stock management
• Active cooperation during the preparation and execution of inventories
• Effective and enthusiastic teamwork; conveying energy and motivation and being a reliable partner.
