MONCLER is seeking a seasonal Client Advisor for our Verbier store from December 2026 to March 2027. The role focuses on guiding customers through our heritage and values, building long-term relationships, and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.

You will contribute to sales targets, support stock and replenishment, and align with Visual Merchandising standards. Fluency in French and strong English, plus a passion for luxury retail, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales activities; fashion/luxury/retail experience is an advantage.
• Passion for retail and customer service; excellent customer and service orientation.
• Understanding of the luxury segment and related products.
• Fluent French and good English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to develop within the company.
• Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a unique customer experience; build long-term relationships; handle all sale phases; know after-sales and clienteling; create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Achieve excellent sales performance and results.
• Support visual standards in-store in cooperation with Visual Merchandising Central Europe; manage replenishment and stock.
• Participate in inventories and preparation/execution.
• Work effectively in a team; convey energy and motivation; be a reliable partner.
