You will guide customers through Moncler’s values and heritage, delivering a memorable luxury shopping experience and building long-term relationships. The role emphasizes sales performance, teamwork, inventory support, and adherence to visual standards in a fast-paced ski-resort environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous sales experience; luxury/fashion/retail experience preferred.
• Passion for retail, customer service, and commercial mindset.
• Strong understanding of the luxury segment and products.
• Fluent English and/or German; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to develop within Moncler.
• Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches.
