MAX&MOI boutique in Lausanne seeks a brand ambassador with luxury retail flair to represent the Maison with elegance and exceptional sales skills. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive boutique sales and ensure a premium client experience for local and international customers.

You will advise clients, present the brand universe, identify needs, and close sales while maintaining impeccable store standards and collaborating with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in luxury, fashion or high-end retail (references required).
• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards; passion for fashion and trends; knowledge of fabrics and garment cuts.

Aufgaben

• Advising and building loyalty with local and international clientele
• Presenting the Maison’s products and brand universe to customers
• Identifying customer needs
• Making relevant product recommendations
• Closing sales
• Contributing to the brand image by delivering a prestigious customer experience in line with guidelines
• Ensuring the boutique is maintained to the highest standards (visual merchandising, cleanliness, etc.)
• Independently manage opening and closing of the boutique
• Developing sales and monitoring KPIs
