Le Collectionist, through Bramble Ski in Zermatt, seeks a Chalet Chef to deliver restaurant-quality dining in private alpine chalets. You will craft refined menus, lead kitchen operations, and collaborate with Chalet Management to ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout the season.

Ideal candidates will have luxury-catering experience, strong planning and kitchen-management skills, and a passion for flawless service in a remote alpine setting. Rotating schedules and seasonal duties apply.

Formación

• Proven experience as a chef in luxury chalets, boutique hotels, private households, or high-end restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver culinary experiences in alpine chalet settings.
• Plan seasonal menus in consultation with guests.
• Manage full food prep, sourcing, cooking, and presentation.
• Order food and manage supplier relationships.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety to highest standards.
