Job summary

Code Compass is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++) in Zurich to join its high-performance engineering team building software for low-latency financial applications. You will work close to hardware and own components from architecture through to delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of C/C++, Linux, embedded systems, and networking. You will collaborate with hardware teams, optimize performance, and ensure robust, scalable software in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-performance, low-latency software design.
• Strong understanding of system architecture (CPU, memory, cache).
• Experience with networking and socket programming.
• Experience with Linux and embedded systems.
