Job summary

At CERN, the Logistics Support Officer will plan, coordinate and oversee infrastructure and services to ensure efficient flow of goods and people, in line with safety rules and CERN standards. You will supervise subcontracted activities and collaborate with procurement, warehouse teams and service providers to maintain high service levels.

The role requires ERP/MRP proficiency, strong communication in English and French, and a track record in continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain and Logistics Management or related field.
• Experience in logistics operations and project coordination.
• ERP/MRP systems proficiency and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and optimise logistics and warehouse services to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
• Act as interface between logistics actors and end users at CERN with strong customer service.
• Monitor performance, KPI tracking, invoicing and audits; support ERP-related questions.
