Panda International in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to support pharmaceutical manufacturing logistics. You will work closely with the Process Engineer Supervisor to ensure continuous supply of materials to production, maintaining safety, quality, and compliance.

You will lead logistics activities, coordinate timely material delivery, supervise the logistics team, implement SOPs, and ensure traceability and GMP/compliance across operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed qualification or apprenticeship in Logistics or the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry desirable.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP ARIBA and SAP modules.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential; good English communication skills are advantageous.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead logistics activities in collaboration with the Process Engineer Supervisor and act as the primary point of contact for logistics operations.
• Coordinate logistics project requirements to ensure production facilities receive materials on time.
• Support daily logistics operations and contribute to the successful execution of operational activities.
• Manage shift handovers, conduct routine inspections, and prepare work instructions.
• Supervise, coach, assess, and develop the logistics team.
• Organise training sessions and monitor work quality.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure operational deadlines are achieved.
• Conduct regular site inspections and participate in GEMBA walks.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, GDP, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Promote and implement standard operating procedures during project kick-off meetings with customers and project managers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure complete traceability through proper record management.

• Experience with SAP modules, including:
• ARIBA
• Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Good English communication skills are advantageous.
