Zusammenfassung

Flexsis is recruiting for Roche in Kaiseraugst for a reliable Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to manage global clinical distribution. You will oversee regulatory-compliant shipments, coordinate with site logistics, warehouse, transportation and customs teams, and act as main contact for shipping questions.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience with GDP; SAP knowledge is a plus, and on-site work is predominant with up to 2 remote days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in (clinical) supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• GDP (Good Distribution Practice) experience required; GMP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Operational order management and handling of clinical supply shipments (incl. IMP), including drop shipments where applicable.
• Manage country-specific regulatory documents/licenses and ensure compliance.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address potential disruptions.
• Maintain country-specific regulatory requirements up-to-date.
• Act as main contact for stakeholders on shipping and logistics questions.
• Collaborate with site logistics teams, warehouse, transportation, and customs management.
• Participate in projects and initiatives after initial period in role.

Logistics Specialist (Global Clinical Distribution)

• Start Date: asap
• Latest Possible Start Date: 01.01.2027
• Planned Duration of Employment: The contract will be extended every 12 months provided the underlying conditions remain unchanged
• Extension: very likely
• Workplace: Kaiseraugst, majority of time on site
• Home Office: Remote work is possible for up to a maximum of 2 days per week, as the majority of the time needs to be spent on-site

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Operational order management and handling of clinical supply shipments (incl. IMP), incl. drop shipments were applicable
• Responsible to manage all relevant documents/licenses considering country specific requirements
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery to proactively address potential challenges and interruptions
• Responsible for managing and keeping country specific requirements and keeping them up to date
• Acts as the main contact for stakeholders and partners on all shipping and logistics related questions and activities
• Closely collaborates with the various site logistics teams, incl. warehouse (KAU and SSF), transportation and customs management
• Involvement in projects and initiatives after relevant time spent in the role

Must Haves:

• Degree / Vocational Training: Completed degree or apprenticeship.
• Field of Study: Mandatory background in (Clinical) Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Regulatory: GDP (Good Distribution Practice) experience is strictly required (GMP is a plus).
• ERP Systems: SAP knowledge is nice-to-have, but experience with alternative domain-specific ERP/Logistics tools is accepted.
• Office Applications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is mandatory.
