Eupro AG in Visp, Valais, Switzerland, is seeking a QA Logistics & Materials Specialist to join its Quality organization on a 6-month renewable contract starting September 2026. This on-site role focuses on material management, incoming material verification, and GMP-compliant quality activities.

You will collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement and Manufacturing to ensure supply continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

About the Opportunity

Our client, an international company operating in the biopharmaceutical sector, is currently looking for an experienced QA Logistics & Materials Specialist to join its Quality organization in Visp.

In this role, you will act as a key quality representative supporting material management, incoming material verification, raw material qualification, and supply chain quality activities within a highly regulated GMP environment. You will work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance, continuity of supply, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming material verification in accordance with GMP requirements and internal procedures.
• Support the qualification, approval, and release of raw materials used in manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and manage material-related data and documentation within quality systems.
• Ensure supplier-related information and material records remain accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate and manage supplier notifications, quality alerts, and material-related changes.
• Support investigations related to deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Monitor and report KPIs linked to material qualification and release activities.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical quality issues impacting materials, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality teams to maintain GMP compliance and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening quality and logistics processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in QA Logistics, Material Quality, Raw Material Quality, or Supply Chain Quality within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Hands-on experience managing deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and change controls.
• Solid understanding of raw material qualification, incoming inspection, material release, and supplier quality processes.
• Experience working with SAP, SAP QM, SAP MM, LIMS, or equivalent systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• German is an advantage.
