Job summary

Medtronic in Switzerland is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring material flow, inventory accuracy, and cost control.

You will partner with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and distribution to meet safety, quality, and service goals while developing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement.

Fluency in French and English and a 5+ year track record in supply chain is required; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field with relevant experience.
• French and English: professional/proficient level (spoken and written).
• SAP experience preferred and familiarity with reporting and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead flow of materials, inventory and information across the supply chain.
• Ensure accurate receiving, warehousing, inventory control and shipping activities.
• Maintain material availability to support manufacturing and customer commitments.
• Monitor transportation performance and control costs against budgets.
• Provide inventory reporting and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
