Biogen, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Engineer to join the Global Distribution Packaging & Shipping Qualification team.

You will lead design, testing, and qualification of distribution packaging and cold chain solutions for clinical and commercial programs globally. You will collaborate with Quality, Logistics, and regulatory teams, manage Trackwise events and CAPAs, and provide training on cold chain practices across sites including 3PLs.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in packaging, global logistics, or temperature-controlled supply chain.
• Experience in GMP environments and regulated international settings.
• Knowledge of ASTM/ISTA packaging standards and testing.
• Experience with lab testing and distribution testing environments.
• Strong technical writing and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex distribution packaging improvements and implement solutions.
• Develop and test distribution packaging strategies from design to deployment.
• Create test strategies for GMP products covering global regulatory requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and participate in RFPs.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Quality, and other departments to meet business needs.
• Oversee lab testing and lane validation in internal and external settings.
• Support audits, health authority inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate Trackwise events, CAPAs, and investigations with compliance focus.
• Provide input on temperature monitoring strategies and tech transfers.
• Train teams on cold chain best practices and regulatory requirements.
