About the Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, the Laundry Attendant reports directly to the Laundry Manager.

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for :

• Process customer laundry in accordance with established standards.
• Process staff laundry.
• Process external customer laundry using the same standards established for our customers.
• Receive and check guest laundry against records and do the same for external guests.
• Wash polyester banquet tablecloths.
• Dry laundry using the appropriate program and fold it.
• Sewing.
• Comply with hygiene and safety rules in the hotel, in accordance with MO standards.

As Laundry Attendant we expect from you:

• Previous experience in laundry and dry cleaning
• Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Valid Swiss work permit or European passport.
