Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry and dry cleaning.
• Ability to follow established standards and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer laundry in accordance with established standards.
• Process staff laundry and external customer laundry.
• Receive and check guest laundry against records.
• Wash, dry, fold items as appropriate and perform sewing when needed.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety rules in the hotel.
