Job summary

Hilton Geneva LivingWell Health Club is seeking a motivated Leisure Coach to deliver outstanding fitness and wellness experiences for guests and members. You will report to the Leisure Supervisor and serve as an ambassador for both the club and the hotel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitness coach in a club or hotel.
• Lifeguard certification / BNSSA or Swiss equivalent required.
• Extensive training in fitness and personal coaching.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and customer relations.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong sales skills and an interest in prospecting and selling memberships and services.
• Excellent service mindset, team spirit, and dynamism.

What will I be doing?

Join the dynamic team of our LivingWell Health Club and help provide our guests with an exceptional fitness and wellness experience!
