Role Description The BUSINESS ANALYST / REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER with UX flair is a full-time, on-site role based in Zurich. In this role, the individual collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for e-learning and software projects. Day-to-day activities include modeling business processes, translating needs into clear specifications, and working with development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and user-centered. The role involves contributing to UX concepts, validating requirements through workshops and user feedback, and supporting testing and rollout activities. The individual will also help refine product backlogs, maintain documentation, and continuously improve processes in alignment with organizational goals.
