Zusammenfassung

Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking two Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for immediate start in Baden with 50% on-site work. You will support daily operations of SAP SuccessFactors, help roll out Performance Management, Goals, Succession, and Compensation modules, and liaise with Swiss and international teams.

The role requires 5+ years’ project experience, hands-on support, and strong communication skills to work with process owners, users, and partners across borders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience in application support for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors implementation procedures, requirements management, and test management, ideally in cloud projects.
• Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, interfaces, and end-to-end integration.
• Solid experience with Employee Central.
• Experience with Performance Management and Goals and Compensation modules.
• Ability to analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for working with Business Process Owners, Business Process Champions, key users, and external implementation partners.

Aufgaben

• Support the daily operations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ensure reliable service delivery in line with agreed SLAs.
• Support the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession modules, as well as the Compensation implementation planned from February 2027.
• Act as a competent contact and customer advisor for specialist departments across the organisation's companies in Switzerland and abroad.
• Analyse business and technical issues and requirements and support their implementation in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between specialist departments, SAP SuccessFactors, the product manufacturer, and external implementation partners.
• Provide second- and third-level support, including the analysis and resolution of incidents and malfunctions.
• Supervise HR data flows and maintain replication interfaces to other SAP systems, including interfaces that bring finance information such as cost centres into SuccessFactors.

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Duration: Immediate Start until the end of March 2027

Location: Baden (50% on site)

Budget: Up to 1000 CHF per day

Background

Our client is seeking two external Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants as temporary support following an employee departure. The resources will restore capacity for the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors and support the rollout and implementation of key HR modules and related projects.

Tasks

• Support the daily operations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ensure reliable service delivery in line with agreed SLAs.
• Support the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession modules, as well as the Compensation implementation planned from February 2027.

Languages

• Fluent English required; Spanish and German are advantageous
