Michael Page International is seeking a proactive Logistics/Warehouse Leader near Bern to drive day-to-day operations and strategic improvements in a regulated environment. You will lead a ~25-person warehouse team, optimize resources based on workload and forecasts, and coordinate inventory control and ERP-related initiatives.

You should bring 3-5 years in logistics, a relevant degree, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt if possible. Fluent English required; GMP/GDP knowledge is a strong asset.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices/pharma/healthcare) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance and process-driven operations; GMP/GDP is a strong asset.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily warehouse and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time customer shipments.
• Plan, allocate and optimise resources based on workload, forecasts and priorities.
• Manage and develop a warehouse team of ~25 people through coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate inventory control activities, cycle counts and stock accuracy processes.
• Monitor and report operational KPIs including service levels and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and procedures.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects across warehouse operations.
• Support audits, documentation updates and quality management requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
• Participate in logistics projects and ERP enhancements and implementations.
• Act as deputy for logistics leadership functions when required.
