Zusammenfassung

Lonza Group in Visp, Switzerland, seeks a Logistics Systems & SAP EWM Specialist (80-100%). You will optimize SAP EWM/MM processes, ensure compliant end-to-end logistics in a GMP setting, and collaborate with IT, QA and Operations to shape warehouse and supply chain systems.

The role is fully site-based to enable close collaboration and precise execution. English fluency is required; German is a plus. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and families.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of SAP EWM experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience with SAP MM in addition to EWM is preferred.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions and drive improvements.
• Experience with system implementations, validation, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, CSV, data integrity and quality requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Owns and improves end-to-end SAP MM and SAP EWM processes from inbound to outbound logistics.
• Analyze requirements, prepare specs, and support configurations and interfaces with IT.
• Manage integrations between SAP ERP/S4HANA and other systems including LIMS and 3PL.
• Plan testing, data validation, cutover, go-live and hypercare with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, CSV and governance across changes.
• Handle incidents, masterdata and change requests; perform root cause analyses.
• Define role-based access and SoD compliance; support risk mitigation measures.
• Create process docs, SOPs, and training materials; deliver end-user training.
