Commodity Supplies is seeking an Operation Excellence lead to drive process optimisation and standardisation across its global logistics network. You will manage improvement projects, monitor performance, and lead change initiatives to enhance efficiency and风险控制.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder influence, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and BI tools. A Master’s degree or MBA and Lean Six Sigma belts are highly valued; Zürich-based, on-site role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding or large global logistics org.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification desirable.

• Identify and analyse operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks across business units.
• Design and implement standardised operational procedures and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all key operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational risks.
• Lead and support operational improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies through change management.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones to stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilise data analytics to drive improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on new processes and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
