STAAR Surgical Switzerland is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Outbound 100% to manage outbound logistics, allocate resources, and ensure on-time shipments. You will lead the outbound team, coordinate with inbound, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, GMP/GDP awareness, and English proficiency with additional languages considered a plus. ERP and MS Office skills are essential, with collaboration on ERP system improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Professional diploma in Logistic operations preferred
• Diploma in Leadership a plus
• Green Belt certification desirable

Aufgaben

• Plan and allocate resources to meet timelines and ensure on-time shipments
• Monitor forecast, workload and team capacity throughout the year
• Lead and develop the outbound team and coordinate with inbound lead
• Ensure SOPs, safety rules and SOX controls are followed
• Support ERP implementation tests and operator training
• Back up Warehouse Lead during absences
