Flux Mobility AG seeks an experienced Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer to own product and process quality across our electric light commercial vehicles. From incoming parts to assembly to field delivery, you will define quality requirements, qualify suppliers, and drive corrective actions.

The role requires cross-disciplinary collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and software domains in a dynamic startup environment.

Formación

Degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or similar.
5+ years of quality engineering in automotive or regulated industry.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, 8D.
Supplier quality with audits and NCR handling.
Strong ability to read drawings, specs and test reports.
Fluent German and good English.
Ability to own technical aspects and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

Define quality requirements, inspection characteristics and acceptance criteria with the engineering team.
Qualify suppliers and their parts: PPAP, ISIR, first-article inspection, supplier audits.
Set up/maintain control plans, FMEAs, work instructions, end-of-line checks.
Drive 8D and corrective action processes with suppliers and internally.
Analyze test, field and warranty data to identify failure patterns and feed back to design/process.
Work with production, engineering and field teams and external partners.
