Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the first technical contact for field issues on Flux vehicles
• Diagnose problems on site and remotely using diagnostics and data
• Coordinate fixes with workshops, service partners and engineers
• Develop and maintain service documentation and repair instructions
• Provide field feedback to engineering to influence future designs
• Travel to customer and vehicle sites as needed
