Zusammenfassung

Flux Mobility AG is seeking an experienced Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer to take technical ownership of product and process quality for our electric light commercial vehicles. You will define quality requirements, qualify suppliers, and drive systematic root cause resolution across mechanical, electrical and software systems.

The role requires at least 5 years in quality engineering, familiarity with APQP/PPAP/FMEA, and a pragmatic, fast-moving team mindset in Winterthur.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and related discipline.
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience in automotive or regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans and 8D.
• Experience with supplier quality management, audits and escalation.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Fluent German and good English.

Aufgaben

• Take technical ownership of product and process quality from parts to delivery.
• Define quality requirements, inspection characteristics and acceptance criteria.
• Qualify suppliers and parts: initial sample inspection, first-article inspection, Cp/Cpk and audits.
• Set up and maintain control plans, FMEAs, work instructions and end‑of‑line checks.
• Handle non-conformances and drive corrective actions with suppliers and internally.
• Support Conformity of Production with required documentation.
• Analyze test, field and warranty data and feed back to design and process.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, field teams and external partners.
