Incyte in Yverdon-les-Bains is seeking an Upstream Scientist for the Bioplant Process Sciences (BPS) department. The role provides upstream expertise for technology transfers, upstream process development, and implementing small-scale models for recombinant products.

Formación

• Master's degree in biotechnology or related field; PhD considered.
• At least five years of biotechnology experience, preferably in small-scale process development.
• Experience with cell culture bioreactors is required; protein purification/analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead upstream studies and design BPS studies.
• Oversee technology transfers and small-scale model implementations.
• Lead Bioplant upstream investigations and experimental design of BPS studies.
• Support procurement of raw materials for new laboratory processes or studies.
• Lead data analysis and ensure data integrity of laboratory results.
• Serve as upstream SME during technology transfer meetings for new products.
• Participate in drafting SOPs and lab documents.
• Collaborate with on-site partner departments and US teams.
