Incyte is seeking a Senior Scientist/Engineer, Downstream Manufacturing Technology, to lead technology transfers and support new product introductions at the Yverdon Bioplant. The role serves as the downstream SME for GMP manufacturing and collaborates across Production, QA, QC, Engineering, and Process Science.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or equivalent in biotech, biochem, or related field.
• Extensive biopharma manufacturing and MSAT experience, GMP preferred.
• Experience with technology transfer and downstream processing.

Aufgaben

• Lead downstream technology transfers for new products at Yverdon Bioplant.
• Assess facility fit, scalability, and readiness for incoming downstream processes.
• Provide downstream expertise during GMP campaigns and troubleshoot.
• Lead investigations, deviations, and process validation activities.
• Develop and review DSP documentation and GMP reports.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Process Science, and Production.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
