Job summary

Incyte in Yverdon‑les‑Bains seeks an Upstream Scientist/Process Scientist/Engineer MT to support upstream technology transfer and routine manufacturing at the Yverdon Bioplant. You will contribute to process docs, plant modeling, and deviation/change control activities, while developing data tools for batch reporting and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Biotech/engineering/pharma MSc preferred.
• Demonstrated practical USP equipment experience (2–5 years).
• Fluent in French and English; able to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support TT of new processes to Yverdon Manufacturing facility as upstream SME.
• Provide upstream process expertise to production teams.
• Issue upstream tech transfer docs (process descriptions, sampling plans, protocols).
• Collaborate with QC, automation, supply and other departments for TT-related setups.
• Develop data analysis and visualization tools for batch reporting and troubleshooting.
• Support risk assessments, deviations, change controls and QA reviews.
• Contribute to writing and review of validation protocols and campaign reports.
• Work with global Process Science teams in Yverdon and USA.
