Advertima Vision is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to architect and own the resilience of its hybrid edge-cloud platform. You will lead a global IoT fleet SRE team, define SLOs/SLIs, and drive IaC and observability across thousands of devices.

You will partner with product and engineering to reduce incident MTTR, improve reliability, and scale operations while prioritizing security and privacy considerations.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering with a focus on operations.
2+ years leading an engineering team.
Proficiency in Rust, Python, and Bash.
Fluent English in written and spoken forms.

Mansioni

Lead the SRE team to support Advertima’s global expansion.
Define and own SLOs/SLIs for a global IoT fleet and cloud infra.
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and observability roadmap for thousands of remote devices.
Establish a 24/7 on-call culture and optimize incident response to reduce MTTR.
Direct edge device hardening and reliable edge AI services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement monitoring best practices and influence architecture.
