Open Web Technology SA in Zurich is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive transformation for top Swiss organizations. You will lead software solutions using Claude, Claude Code, and modern engineering practices, while serving as the client’s technical contact.

You will shape architecture, implement CI/CD, and promote DevSecOps culture across agile teams, mentoring developers and guiding career growth.

We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations, based in our Zurich office.

Your mission

• Lead the design and delivery of software solutions leveraging Claude, Claude Code and engineering best practices
• Act as the go-to technical contact for our clients
• Take part in the entire project lifecycle: from requirements analysis to production, including design, development, quality assurance and operational support
• Contribute to defining the technical architecture and set up CI/CD pipelines, applying agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and a DevSecOps culture
• Mentor developers and foster a continuous learning environment

• Degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 7 years of development experience and proven experience leading Agile teams
• Proficiency in Spring Boot or .NET; Angular/React is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent design; RAG is a plus
• Good knowledge of web architectures, REST services and security best practices (OWASP, JWT, authorization management)
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Solid hands-on experience with Docker; understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps culture
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1); French is a plus
