Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or a related field; proven development experience.
• 7+ years of development experience and proven Agile leadership.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot or .NET; Angular/React a plus.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design.
• Knowledge of web architectures, REST, JWT, and security best practices.

• Lead design and delivery of software solutions leveraging Claude technologies.
• Act as the go-to technical contact for clients.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements to production and support.
